Cook/Chef (Licensed Retail) - Licensed Retail

As a Chef/Cook within a pub, your role is to ensure your food section is constantly supplied with the full range of menu items. You will cook, prepare and finish food items within your section to brand specification at all times.
You will need to ensure you maintain prep levels on your section helping to avoid shortages. Food items need to be stored correctly and in rotation to minimise wastage and you will need to adhere to all standards as outlined in food safety management and health and safety legislation. You will complete cleaning duties as per cleaning rotas.
You will take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of all guest, colleagues and self at all times in line with company policies and procedures
