Department Controller - Bingo

As a Department Controller your role is to supervise small to medium sized teams in maintaining the operation of a particular area within a Bingo establishment.

You are responsible for the day-to-day running of a designated area you will ensure it runs efficiently and effectively and that the team provides high quality customer care at all times and adheres to all relevant legislation and company policies and procedures

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of bar operation, diner, book sales, fruit machines, bingo games.
• Working knowledge of core and local products
• Knowledge legislation and company policies and procedures
