As a General Assistant in Bingo you are responsible for providing customers with top quality service and ensure their visit is enjoyable.
Providing high quality customer care at all times, you will be responsible for welcoming the customer, processing transactions quickly whilst maintaining a positive attitude and will refer any customer service issues to the assistant manager/manager.
You will need to ensure you adhere to all relevant legislation and company policies and procedures.
