Kitchen Porter - Casual Dining Restaurants

As a Kitchen Porter you will assist all of the kitchen team while being responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness within the kitchen. You will ensure that the kitchen and restaurant have adequate supplies of clean utensils, crockery, and equipment at all times and complete cleaning duties and clean areas and surfaces within the kitchen area as required by the cleaning rotas and instructions.

You will need to adhere to all standards as outlined in food safety management system and health and safety legislation and carry out all task defined on the cleaning schedule in accordance with Company policy and procedures. You will also help to prepare basic food.
