Team leader/Shift Supervisor - Coffee Shops

As a coffee shop shift/team leader, you will be responsible for the activities that take place in the business on your shift or duty.

In this role you'll be supervising a customer focused environment, meaning you'll need to remain calm under pressure, create a positive environment for your team and ensure the service delivered is to the highest possible standard. You are likely to take on responsibility for opening and closing the store, serving food and drink, handling cash, completing relevant paperwork and ensuring you achieve and maximising the sales on your shift.

You will also contribute to the success of the business by ensuring store standards are met and will be tasked with coaching and mentoring team members.
