Under the umbrella name 'The Original Bowling Company', Holllywood Bowl's 25 centres and AMF Bowling's 17 centres have came together to become the UK's larger tenpin bowling operator.

We are always on the look out for inspirational leaders to join our centre management teams. As a member of the management team you will be responsible for the day to day running of the centre whilst ensuring the team are delivering sales and service superiority to our customers.

Our managers are highly visible and spend most of their time on the floor supporting and interacting with their team and our customers. Our managers ensure that the operational standards and service delivery across all departments (lanes, diner, bar, amusements and reception) meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

To succeed in one of our management roles you will need to have experience in leading and developing a team, whilst keeping a grasp on the standards and financial side of the business. A key part of your role will be thinking of innovative ideas to drive sales, whilst ensuring we deliver a great experience to our customers!
