QHotels was created in 2003 with 2 hotels and grew to 21 properties in 2009 with an overall investment of £150 million since 2003. All 21 hotels are four star deluxe hotels situated all over the UK and 5 Golf Resort Hotels. Whether you are looking for a career in a conference focussed environment or a boutique city centre property Q hotels offer a “one of a kind” mixture of properties all with style, comfort and a reputation which is second to none. We offer over 40 bespoke training courses as well as our own Certificate of Higher Education in Professional Hospitality Operational Management and a Foundation Degree in Operational Management both of which are accredited by University College Birmingham and Birmingham University. We run internal development and training at all levels and create a bespoke development plan for everyone in our business and are totally committed as a company to developing our teams to ensure that they achieve to their maximum potential.
We also run graduate programmes in Events Sales, Front Office and Operations where we fast track your career and experience by seconding you to several hotels within the group. After 12 months you will be in a position to take up a permanent role with us and continue to build your career within the group.
