Overview

The Level 1 Award in Travel aims to provide an understanding of the basic principles of the travel industry. The qualification will investigate the geography of the world, identify methods of selecting appropriate holidays for customers, as well as considering different aspects of customer service. It’s designed to help learners to gain familiarity with various avenues of work within the travel industry and in making career choices.
