Overview

The Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Food & Beverage Service in Hospitality is part of a new suite of qualifications aimed at helping improve the skills of learners and help them progress into work or onto other qualifications. This short qualification can be bundled with other qualifications to create suitable pathways that reflect the needs of employers and the individuals.
It is offered as part of a new initiative called foundation learning. All foundation learning qualifications are characterised by short, sharp provision that covers a specific skill area at a basic level.
