Overview

The Level 2 Awards in Hospitality and Catering Principles provide knowledge, understanding and skills needed to prepare for working in the hospitality sector. There are a number of awards within this suite of qualifications to choose from allowing learners to specialise in a particular area including:

  • Food and beverage
  • Front of house reception
  • Hospitality services
  • Housekeeping
These qualifications cover hygiene and safety, teamwork, giving customers a positive impression, and a range of optional units to enable learners to choose which areas they wish to specialise in.
