Overview

The Level 2 Award in Licensed Retail is part of the portfolio of qualifications produced by the BIIAB, part of the BII, the professional body for the licensed trade. BII qualifications have a proven track record and are very popular with industry.
The qualification is designed for those working or planning to work as a cellar engineer in pubs, bars, nightclubs, hotels or restaurants. It sets a national standard for all cellar engineers and has been developed in conjunction with the Brewing, Food & Beverage Industry Suppliers Association.
