Overview

The Level 2 Certificate in Resort Representatives is designed for learners who have some knowledge or experience of the travel and tourism industry and prepares learners for working in the UK and overseas. The course also focuses on general customer service practices and gives insight into responsible tourism.
The qualification can be taken on its own, or can be used to build credits towards the Level 2 Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
