Overview

This qualification is designed to be delivered full-time and covers a broad array of skills and knowledge including menu knowledge and design, the handling of payments and maintaining the payment point. It also addresses specific skills in food and beverage service such as preparing, serving and clearing tables and customer areas. The level 2 Diploma in Professional Food and Beverage Service incorporates the Level 2 Award in the Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel & Tourism.
