Overview

The Level 5 HND Diploma in Hospitality Management aims to provide an understanding and an appreciation of the hospitality industry in all its complexity and also enable students to progress to the final year of an honours degree. The programme seeks to develop a high level of personal, intellectual and technical skills and to enable students to apply these skills in the contemporary hospitality and events industry. It is designed to reflect the special features of the hospitality and events industry and the dynamic approach required by its staff.
