Carluccio’s is the caffe, restaurant and food shop founded in 1991 by Antonio and Priscilla Carluccio that’s authentically Italian, beautiful and deliciously fresh.

We have explored the length and breadth of Italy to find the best ingredients from every region. We work with family and artisanal producers who make delicious products in traditional ways, with care.

We are a combination of a restaurant, caffe and food shop as such we are a unique brand that is open all day for a coffee or a meal. Carluccio’s aim is to offer customers the opportunity to eat simple, high quality Italian food in casual caffe environment, as well as taking the same foods home and choosing from a range of Carluccio’s branded food products for the larder or as gifts.

The caffes also hold seasonal mushroom markets, promote al fresco dining and picnics in the summer, run Christmas shopping events and spoil customers with Prosceco and offer tastings in the food shop.

The first Carluccio’s caffe opened in 1999 in Market Place, London.

We currently have Carluccio’s restaurants throughout the UK including Central and Greater London, Avon, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Devon, East Sussex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Manchester, Surrey and Warwickshire. Carluccio’s is growing slowly with approximately 5 restaurants to open a year.

We believe in developing people to the very best of their ability. Our approach is to coach everyone to acquire an exceptional knowledge of Italy and Italian food.

Our staff training is thorough and challenging, sometimes tough, but a lot of fun!

Our Management Training programme is tailored to the individual. Lasting 8 to 18 weeks for managers and 4 to 6 weeks for chefs, it is based upon a hands-on approach in order to gain experience of every aspect of the restaurant, from preparing the coffee to running a successful shift
