The Academy of Food and Wine Service are delighted to announce the forthcoming event focussing on introducing the world of sommellerie (wine waiting) to new comers to the industry.

Held at the Cavendish Hotel, London on 16th April 2012 from 14:00 to 16:00, we have one of the UK’s best sommeliers taking the delegates through their paces.

Yohann Jousselin, Master Sommelier, Head Sommelier at The Vineyard at Stockcross and the current Sommelier of the Year.

The event will be a perfect opportunity to find out what the day in a life of a sommelier is like, as well as showing you the essential skills that will help in your F&B operation.

The process of winemaking
