Raechel didn't want to get stuck in a rut like people around her so she decided to work abroad.
She found PGL online, applied and was offered a job as a catering assistant in the south of France.
She now works at one of their sites in the UK
In the future she wants to be like Gordon Ramsay, but less angry.
