About this role

Temporary Customer Service Consultants - Brighton

Our client is searching for experience customer service consultants to work on a temporary ongoing assignment to start ASAP. You will be working within a friendly and fun team being the first point of contact for all travel requests.


Customer Service Consultants Responsibilities:
*Answering incoming calls, probing and passing calls over to the relevant department
*Taking comprehensive notes of travel requests
*General administration roles within the team when needed

Customers Service Consultants skills required:
*Outstanding customer service skills
*Excellent Telephone Manner
*Previous Travel experience or travel qualifications
*Able to use the internet, email, word etc
*Clear English both written and spoken


Customer Service Consultant Additional Information:
* Hours will be Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week (09.00 till 17.30)
* Roles are to start 1st February and will be ongoing for least 4 weeks
* Weekly pay, directly paid in your bank account
* Temporary benefits as below
