The travel arena is a highly competitive arena with many competitors. Due to my client's track record and reputation, they have special negotiated rates with some of the world's leading airlines and hotel chains to ensure the competitively priced and one step ahead of the competition!

To be a successful Travel Sales Account Manager, you must have the experience of working in a telephone based sales environment with the ability to develop rapport with clients and convert the queries into sales.

Ultimately, you must be a successful "closer" who is open to work weekends and evenings on a rota basis due to the nature of business.

The most successful Travel Sales Account Managers are those who are able to develop a portfolio of repeat clients which is built up from referrals and most importantly, exceptional customer service.

Successful candidates will complete an intensive 3 week training course which covers all areas of product, selling techniques and systems before going live on the sales floor.

The base salary is £18,000 OTE £40,000 and benefits include 25 days annual leave as well as free holidays.
