About this role
| About the job | In this position, your flair for high standards of food preparation and superb presentation are called for. You will also help run all food outlets within the hotel, train other chefs in good working procedures and take care of a broad range of other duties. |
| Casual Contract (16+ Hours depending on business) to include shift work covering Breakfast, Lunch & dinner. Previous Experience required. |
| About the hotel | This impressive Regency style hotel stands on Brighton's seafront and provides an ideal setting for the nearby Royal Pavilion, promenade and beach. This hotel has 122 bedrooms, 8 conference rooms for up to 180 guest. |
