We are looking to recruit an experienced Hospitality Manager to run the hospitality services at this busy multi site operation based in St Athan.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations within the Mess and ensuring that Sodexo Defence provides the highest possible standard to our clients. The services that we offer are catering, cleaning, hospitality, vending and Retail.

You will be a self motivated team player who has previous experience within catering/ hotel industry at management level. You will lead by example whilst being prepared to work hard and be hands on. Whilst experience of dealing with high profile clients is essential, experience of working in a military environment would be desirable but is not essential.
